M & M's

What a busy, sad, scary, crazy week all wrapped up into one. Last friday afternoon began with a horrible fear of possibly losing my all time Best Friend she had Brain Surgery a week prior and then landed back in the hospital with a leak and an infection causing the Dr. to have to do a 2nd Brain Surgery. She scared us all and I shed several tears and we were all on pins and needles until that surgery was over. I have to say She is my HERO she has had to endure more pain and more crazy medical heartache than any one person should ever have to endure. I am so blessed that the Lord let our paths cross because she is the only person who truly understands the full extent of my crazy life probably because everyone else say's "No way can one person have all of that." She is my one friend who seems to have the same "Murphy's Law" problem that I do. Before I had time to even finish this post I found out that she has now had to have a 3rd Brain Surgery in less than 2 weeks due to complications. My Mother has given us our own support group name we are now called the "Medical Misfits." We will serve M & M's at our meetings perferrably the ones with nuts since apparently we are nuts? I love you Lou and am praying for you!!!!
